Untuk pemesanan lepas kunci, Anda diwajibkan menyertakan foto KTP dan SIM A, sedangkan bagi pelanggan dari luar kota wajib melampirkan tiket pesawat atau kapal maupun bukti pemesanan hotel. Jika Anda memilih sewa dengan driver, pelanggan dari luar kota cukup menyertakan tiket pesawat atau kapal saja. Harga di atas berlaku untuk pengambilan unit langsung di kantor Indra Trans. Untuk pemesanan dengan driver, sudah termasuk BBM awal, air mineral, dan tisu, sementara biaya penjemputan disesuaikan dengan lokasi.For self-drive bookings, you are required to provide photos of your ID card (KTP) and driving licence (SIM A), while out-of-town customers must also attach a flight or boat ticket as well as proof of hotel booking. If you choose a rental with a driver, out-of-town customers only need to provide a flight or boat ticket. The rates above apply to collecting the car directly at the Indra Trans office. For bookings with a driver, initial fuel, bottled water, and tissues are included, while the pickup fee is adjusted according to the location.

Foto KTP dan SIM A yang masih berlaku, serta usia minimal 21 tahun. Pelanggan dari luar kota juga melampirkan tiket pesawat atau kapal maupun bukti pemesanan hotel. Tamu dari luar Indonesia: paspor dan SIM internasional (IDP).Photos of your ID card (KTP) and a current driving licence (SIM A), plus a minimum age of 21. Out-of-town customers also attach a flight or boat ticket or proof of hotel booking. Guests from outside Indonesia need a passport and an international driving permit.

Bisa. Antar-jemput tersedia ke Bandara ZAM, Pelabuhan Bangsal, atau hotel di area Lombok, dengan biaya yang disesuaikan berdasarkan lokasi. Sepakati jam dan titik jemputnya lewat WhatsApp.Yes. Tarif lepas kunci tidak termasuk BBM. Untuk unit dengan driver, tarif harian sudah mencakup jasa driver dan BBM awal, sementara BBM berikutnya dan tol mengikuti pemakaian.Self-drive rates exclude fuel. For chauffeured units the daily rate covers the driver's service and the initial fuel, while further fuel and tolls follow actual use.
